Branch Plant and Item Inconsistant (Error 4080)

Purpose of Document

Error 4080 is displayed when trying to do Inventory transactions on certain items.

Business Function XT4111Z1 does not all non stock items to be processed for certain applications.

In EnterpriseOne, some of inventory transaction routine may not allow Non-Stock item to be proceed.
Below listed Inventory Transactions do not allow nonstock item to be entered:

• P4114 - Inventory Adjustments
• P4112 - Inventory Issues
• P4113 - Inventory Transfers
• P4116 - Inventory Reclassification
• R41413 - Cycle Count Update
• R41610 - Tag Count Update

When trying to enter non-stock item in these programs the following error 4080 - Branch / Plant and Item Inconsistant will be issued.
