Look for 2 columns from F0411 (Supplier Ledger) to hold some custom routine.This document is to answer the usage of columns below.
Are columns RP1, RP2, RP3 and YC01~ YC10, and URC1 in use?
Currently columns F0411.RP1 and RP2 are in use as below,

Excerpt: When a Prepayment Voucher is created, the Miscellaneous Code A/R and A/P (RPRP1) field on the Accounts Payable Detail Ledger record, F0411, is populated with a value of 1. The Prepayment Selection program (P0411P) uses the value in field RPRP1 to determine how to process each prepayment record. The Miscellaneous Code A/R and A/P (RPRP1) field is not populated when entering a Debit Memo.
<Bug 11855530> : AP VOUCHERS WITH VERTEX COMING IN AS A TRANSACTION TYPE OF SALES
From the given F0411 data it is seen that user has created the voucher with Tax Explanation Code = S, because of which the `Vertex Transaction Type value in RP2 is that denotes a SALE transaction. To have RP2 populated with 1 i.e as PURCH transaction, user should use Tax Explanation Code = U or E while creating the voucher. Following table shows the RP2 values for different Vertex related Tax Explanation codes.

<Bug 12499524> - : EMS - F0411 RP2 INCORRECT - SAR: 5942241
Previously, when vouchers were created through EMS for credit card payment, the F0411 RPRP2 field would be populated with a value of E. This caused these vouchers to not be able to post if it was created with taxes. This has been changed so that now the F0411 RPRP3 field is populated with a value of E. Vouchers created through EMS for credit card payment with taxes will not post.
The columns F0411.AC01 ~ AC10 can be used when you utilizes R04802 (Global Update A/P Records) which copies the category code from Address Book to F0411 (so all these items have embedded edit rule).
This single column can hold more information than two character data type columns (you can dynamically manipulate string which is character array - so the first character of this column meant for A, the second character is mean for B and so on)- Custom code can be implemented in B0400047 by handing over parameter F0411FSEditLine.szUserReserveCode
