Purpose

Human Resources Management (HRM) Common Settings (P05004) affect many modules within the Human Capital Management applications.  This document provides information on the mostly frequently used and/or modified settings.

Scope

This document is intended for EnterpriseOne users who are setting up the Human Resources and Payroll modules for use by their organization.

Details

You set up HRM Common Settings (P05004) to control specific display or processing features of benefits enrollment, compensation management, and self-service applications.  These settings enable you to specify whether the application performs certain processes and how it performs these processes.  Each of these items is discussed in detail in documents related to the appropriate topic.  For example, the comon settings for Employee Self Service are discussed in E1: 08: Employee Self Service Setup Checklist Employee Self Service.
